  19. I've dealt with them twice two. The first time, their service was truly 
  20. excellent, second to none.

  22. The SECOND time (around Christmas) I was fed with a pack of lies about a 
  23. parcel being on its way when it in fact was not. I guess these firms 
  24. think they can get away with hell when an order comes from afar.

  26. The sad thing is that I just don't trust them anymore. I wouldn't care 
  27. -not as if I just order the one disk or CD each time either.
